This blog is a repository for the reviews and informal responses I’m writing as part of a personal project that involves reading significant, and sometimes obscure, works of world literature published from the end of World War II to the present in pretty much chronological order. Film, music, and journalism from the era will also be surveyed. By doing this I hope to improve my critical and writing skills, as well as my historical understanding of the situation we’re now in.
